Solopreneur
Build a business that fits the life you want.
Get ready for the one-person business wave.
The world is changing. AI is making it possible for one person to build what once took a team, and the barrier to starting has never been lower.
This four-week residency exists to get you ready for that wave, with real work, structured support, and an environment nearly impossible to create on your own.

First-time founders making the leap.
Built for non-technical professionals with real working experience who are ready to transition from employee to founder for the first time.
You don't need a finished plan or a technical background, you need the intent to build, and the willingness to do the work alongside people in the same boat.
At a glance.
Four weeks moving from clarity to systems.
Clarity
Before touching the business, get clear on what you want from it and from your life. Values, the lifestyle you're actually designing for, a sustainable pace.
Community
Build real relationships with the cohort and Chiang Mai's local founders. Peer accountability and time with people in the same boat.
Traction
Turn clarity into motion. Take the next concrete step on your project, whatever that is at your stage, with mentors close at hand.
Systems & Show and Tell
Put in place the tools, workflows, and AI that buy back your time, and prepare to share your progress at Show and Tell.
Five things you take home.
- 01Clarity
A written anchor for the kind of business, and life, you actually want, so the months after don't drift.
- 02Something shipped
A concrete output: a launch, an offer, a system, or a first sale, depending on where you're starting.
- 03A plan for Monday
First concrete steps turned from "I should start" into a direction you can act on right away.
- 04A cohort
Friends who get it, built over four weeks of working side by side and staying in touch after.
- 05Honest mentorship
One-on-ones with people who have built businesses, the piece past participants valued most.

Who you'll learn from.
Part of something bigger.
This is one of four coliving experiences running side by side in September under CosmoLocal CNX. You're part of your own Solopreneur cohort, but you share the neighbourhood, the coliving hub, and a stream of cross-track events with everyone else.
Show and Tell is the Solopreneur finale, held Sept 26 as part of Main Week, a warm chance to share what you've been working on with people who can use it, support it, or help it grow.

Working experience, curiosity, and readiness to make the leap. You don't need a finished plan or a validated idea, just the intent to build.
A wide range: coaching and wellness, education and content, AI-assisted tools, services, e-commerce, and more. Most are solo or planning a small team.
A little, yes, ideally under 20 hours a week. The program plus your own project already asks for close to full-time energy.
Yes. The four weeks build on each other and the cohort depends on everyone being present, including Main Week.
No. It's a gentle, supportive showcase on Sept 26. You prepare with a coach and share progress with a friendly audience of founders and local entrepreneurs.
