AI for Chiang Mai
Ship at the speed of AI, with the full Claude toolkit.
Get ready for the AI-native builder wave.
AI is collapsing the distance between an idea and a shipped product. One builder with the right tools can now do what used to take a whole team, and the tools are moving fast.
AI for Chiang Mai is a four-week coliving experience built around the Claude ecosystem. It exists to take builders who already code, or vibe-code, and get them shipping real products and projects at the highest efficiency possible, through hands-on workshops, structured support, and an environment nearly impossible to create on your own.

Builders ready to ship faster.
Built for people with some coding or vibe-coding experience who want to move from tinkering to shipping. You don't need to be a senior engineer, you need something you want to build and the willingness to learn the tools that get you there fast.
About 70% of the material centres on the Claude ecosystem, every tool in it, but you'll also work with other LLMs and agentic tools where they're the right fit.
At a glance.
Three weeks of building into a Main Week hackathon.
The first three weeks run two workshops per week, roughly 70% Claude ecosystem, with other LLMs and agentic tools mixed in, leading into the Main Week Hackathon at the Mövenpick Hotel.
Foundations
Get fluent in the Claude ecosystem and stand up an AI-native workflow. Choose the project you'll build during the month.
Building
Move from setup to real output, ship features, automate work, and reach beyond Claude into other agentic tools where they help.
Traction & Local Opportunity
Sharpen your build and meet Chiang Mai's business community, including a session with Chiang Mai FTI (Federation of Thai Industries) to explore real local problems worth building for.
Main Week Hackathon
Bring it all together at the Mövenpick Hackathon during Main Week, build, demo, and compete for prizes and credits.
Five things you take home.
- 01An AI-native workflow
A repeatable way of working with Claude and agentic tools that keeps compounding long after the month ends.
- 02Something shipped
A working product, feature, or project built during the program.
- 03A hackathon finish
The experience, and maybe the prizes, of building under pressure at Main Week.
- 04A cohort
Builders who work the way you do, met over four weeks side by side and staying in touch after.
- 05Local grounding
A real feel for the Chiang Mai and Thailand market, and the people building in it.

Who you'll learn from.
Part of something bigger.
This is one of four coliving experiences running side by side in September under CosmoLocal CNX. You're part of your own AI for Chiang Mai cohort, but you share the neighbourhood, the coliving hub, and a stream of cross-track events with everyone else.
The finale is the Main Week Hackathon at the Mövenpick Hotel (Sept 23–28), where the cohort ships, demos, and competes, with Claude's support behind the event.

Some coding or vibe-coding experience, and a project, or the clear intent to build one.
Your own product or project, working through hands-on workshops and culminating in the Main Week hackathon.
About 70% of the material is Claude ecosystem, but you'll also use other LLMs and agentic tools where they fit.
Yes. The four weeks build on each other and the cohort depends on everyone being present, including Main Week.
It's a supportive, build-together finish, challenging, but designed to be fun, not intimidating.
