Solopreneur Coliving Experience
Ready to launch your one-person business?
September 1-28, 2026
What Is Solopreneur Coliving Experience?
A 4-week coliving experience in Chiang Mai
AI is making it possible for one person to build what once took a team. Products ship faster, tools do more, and the barrier to starting is lower than ever. But the skills that determine whether a business actually works (clarity of vision, resilience under pressure, sound decision-making, the ability to sell and lead) those haven’t changed, and they don’t come from a tool.
This coliving experience exists to develop those skills. Four weeks of deliberate practice, structured learning, and real-world feedback in the company of founders going through the same thing.
Who is this coliving experience for?
This is for builders
This experience is for two kinds of builders.
- First: solopreneurs and early founders who already have a product or service and are approaching launch.
- Second: first-time entrepreneurs who are still finding their footing. Those who want to build the mental resilience, ownership mindset, and business fundamentals that no online course has quite delivered.
If you’re ready to stop building alone and start moving faster with people who get it, this month program is for you.

Final Project:
Demo Day
4-week program
Our program is structured across four themes
Physical
Establishing the physical and environmental habits for sustained output: daily routines, use of the coworking space, cold plunge and sauna practice, and setting the foundations for a productive month.
Mental
Developing the inner game of an entrepreneur: resilience, decision-making under uncertainty, managing stress, and building the mindset needed to keep going when it gets hard.
Mechanics
The practical side of building: roadmap structure, go-to-market basics, operations, and the mechanics of execution. Workshop and mentorship-heavy week.
Main Week Project: Demo Day
Participants prepare and deliver a presentation of their product or business progress to an invited audience of founders, local entrepreneurs, and guests. Structured rehearsal and feedback sessions run in the lead-up throughout the week.
What Will You Get After 4 Weeks?
Coliving experience takeaways
- Clarity on how to build your business: what to prioritise, what to cut, and how to move forward with confidence.
- Honest feedback on your product or idea from peers and mentors who have built things themselves.
- A structured, actionable roadmap you can actually execute after the month ends.
- Meaningful relationships with a cohort of founders you’ve worked alongside for four weeks.
- The experience of presenting your work in front of a live audience, and knowing what it feels like to ship.
Cosmo Local CNX
Part of Something Bigger: Cosmo Local CNX
This coliving experience is one of four happening simultaneously under CosmoLocal CNX, a month-long popup village in Chiang Mai’s Wat Ket district in September 2026. The other coliving experiences cover Solopreneur, Food That Nourishes Us, and Nomads Future Lab. Each brings together global participants and local communities around a shared theme. The month closes with a Main Week (September 23–28), when all participants and hundreds of additional guests come together for open events and showcases. Learn more about CosmoLocal CNX here.
The Solopreneur cohort’s final project is Demo Day, held on September 26 as part of Main Week. Each participant takes the stage to present their product, business, or progress to an invited audience of founders, local entrepreneurs, and CosmoLocal CNX guests. It’s the culmination of four weeks of building, and a chance to share what you’ve made with people who can actually use it, invest in it, or help it grow.
coworking hub
Where you'll learn and work
All coliving experience participants across all four tracks have 24/7 access to Alt_PingRiver as their shared coworking hub for the month. Beyond desk space and high-speed internet, it’s the venue for smaller workshops, informal cross-track meetups, and day-to-day collaboration.
The space also includes a common kitchen available to all participants for daily cooking, meal prep, and small food events throughout the month.
accommodation
Where you'll stay
Solopreneur participants stay at CHU Hotel, a contemporary boutique hotel set within the old riverside community of Wat Ket, right in the heart of the CosmoLocal CNX neighbourhood. The hotel is a short walk from Alt_PingRiver and the main program venues, with Chiang Mai’s markets, eateries, and the Ping River easily accessible on foot.
Rooms are private and comfortable, and the hotel’s character (rooted in the local neighbourhood rather than the tourist strip) fits the spirit of the month. Daily breakfast is included. Alt_PingRiver coworking is available 24/7 as part of your experience.

Frequent Asked questions
Any queries?
How do I apply?
Fill out the application form via the Apply Now button above. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, spots are limited to 15–20 participants, so applying early is worth it.
What kind of people join this?
Solopreneurs, indie hackers, early founders, and freelancers who are serious about building. Some come with a product close to launch; others are still shaping what they want to build. What people have in common is that they’re ready to stop going it alone and want the structure, feedback, and company to move faster.
Is this just for people building tech products?
What is CosmoLocal CNX, and how does the Solopreneur experience fit into it?
CosmoLocal CNX is a month-long popup village in Chiang Mai’s Wat Ket district, running through the whole of September 2026. Four coliving experiences happen simultaneously, Solopreneur, Food That Nourishes Us, AI for Chiang Mai, and Nomads Future Lab, each with its own cohort and theme, all sharing the same neighbourhood, coworking hub, and a set of cross-track events. As a Solopreneur participant, you’re part of your own cohort and program, but you’ll also mix with the other tracks throughout the month and at Main Week.
Who else will I be sharing the month with?
Your primary cohort is 15–20 solopreneurs and founders going through the same four-week program. But the wider CosmoLocal CNX community during September includes participants from three other coliving experiences: people working in food, AI, and the future of nomad life. Alt_PingRiver is the shared coworking hub for all four tracks, so the cross-pollination is built in.
