Min is an Indigenous Chef from Inle Lake in Myanmar’s Shan State. He practises food diplomacy and culture preservation through ingredient-led cooking, weaving natural sourcing, cultural storytelling, and the deep traditions of Shan and Inle cuisine into every meal.
