Arisa Nimmanahaeminda is a community organizer and cultural connector rooted in Chiang Mai’s Wat Ket-Sanpakoi district. She leads the Sanpakoi Street Market and represents local business operators in the area, while serving on the Ministry of Culture’s Creative District Development Network for Sanpakoi-Wat Ket.
A former cultural affairs officer at the Royal Thai Embassy in Tokyo, she brings deep experience in Thai-Japanese relations and a long-standing commitment to the communities she calls home.
