Jon Jandai is a farmer, earthen builder, seed saver, teacher, philosopher, father, and community activist, and a living legend in Thailand. He founded Pun Pun, a farm and seed-saving centre outside Chiang Mai that has since trained hundreds of thousands of people and built a network of over a thousand farmers across Thailand.
